If you want to buy a product, how do I pay for it?

I really like a product, but I’m not sure which size would fit me perfectly?

If you’re not sure about your size, no problem! You can check our size chart. If you still have questions, just leave a message here, and our support team will help you find the right size for your product.

How much time will it take for the product to reach my place?

For regular orders, it takes up to 15 business days to make and ship, but sometimes it can be up to 20 to 25 business days.

We also try to send custom orders quickly. Made-to-measure orders are usually sent out within 4-7 weeks, and bespoke orders within 12-15 weeks.

Do I have to pay customs or import charges for my parcel?

In most instances, customs or import duties are levied upon the arrival of the parcel in its destination country. The recipient of the parcel, whether a retail or wholesale customer, is responsible for covering any associated charges.

Please note that Jacket Jive lacks control over these charges, and we cannot specify the exact cost. Customs policies and import duties differ significantly between countries. To avoid unexpected charges, it is advisable to contact your local customs office before placing an order to inquire about current charges.

Is Free Shipping available for all countries?

Yes, Free Shipping is for every country we send to, except Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC Sanctioned Countries.

What do I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

You can check your order status by visiting the Track Order Page. Enter your Order ID and Billing Email to see the current status of your order. The tracking link will have the latest information. If the estimated delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, you can contact us here.

Can I request customization for any type of jacket? What specific details do I need to provide for the customization?

Absolutely, you can have any type of jacket custom made by us. Feel free to provide a reference picture or design, and describe your jacket in detail in the Custom Order Form.

Is there a fee for requesting a custom order, receiving a quotation, or discussing the details of a custom order?

Feel free to complete the custom order form; there are no charges for receiving a quotation, discussing details, or even obtaining an illustration for your custom jacket. The only time charges apply is when you make the actual purchase of your custom order.
